Right of cancellation and exchange?
You have full right of return and exchange for 30 days from the day you received your goods.

All returns within Sweden with exchange of goods is free!

Do you want to change the size or switch to another item?
- Send an email to post@elliotti.com
- We will send you a return slip.
- Use it and send the unused item back to us in the original packaging. We cover the return costs for exchanges within Sweden.

If you regret it and want to return an item(s) and get your money back - Then do as above, but write that you want the money back. The cost of returns is SEK 59 within Sweden if you use our franked return slip that we send you. You will be charged this amount in connection with the refund of the returned item/s via Shopify Payments.

Have you ordered the wrong size and need to get a new one quickly?
Then you can add a new order, we will make a refund when we have received the return.

When changing the size
If you want to change to another size, etc., we will pay the shipping cost for the item you return to us and we send it back to you.

As soon as we receive an item in return from you, we will send a new desired item (e.g. different size).

If you are returning an item because you do not want it or want to exchange it to a different size or item, you should send it to:

NOTE! We do not have a visiting address and all returns and exchanges must be made by post!

When returning
If you are returning an item(s), please attach the pick list that came with your package, or you can print the return slip that you can find here. If you are unable to print the return slip, you can just attach a note with the corresponding information.

Make sure you have left information in the shipment with:
- your name
- order number
- possibly what you want to exchange for or if you want the money back.

Note that for unclaimed packages that are returned to Elliotti AB, the customer will be charged for shipping/return shipping and a service fee for increased costs with EUR 30 / SEK 300.

Complaint

We do our utmost to ensure that the goods you ordered from us are fault-free. Should you still receive a defective or wrongly delivered item, you must contact us as soon as possible, but within 30 days at the latest. If there is a visible error on the product, it may be good to attach a picture showing the error in your email.

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board. Read more about the Consumer Purchase Act on the Swedish Consumer Agency's website. due to negligence or lack of care on the part of the consumer (cf. Right of Withdrawal Act ß 12 point a)
- the delivery itself has meant that the item cannot be returned.
- the seal on the item is broken.
- the item is used.
- We do not accept cash on delivery.
